Google is your best friend starting off with phone number OSINT, however it can be a hit or miss sometimes.
Bots will come and scrape your phone number for spam if you post it numerically so when searching for phone numbers spelling it out is also an option "five zero five 967 eight one six three"
Don't underestimate the Forgot Password feature on websites either
